General Fortune Cookie Care Instructions:

For the best freshness and taste, please keep cookies in the air-sealed bag before use. Our cookies will remain fresh for at least 8 weeks if you keep them stored in a dry place at room temperature.


We use UPS for Canadian Shipping and FedEx Ground or United State Postal Service for U.S. continental shipping.  For Alaska and Hawaii, we generally use US Postal Priority Mail. Other locations or foreign countries please contact us for quote.  Expedited service is available upon request.

Fortune Cookie Delivery is a Canadian company. For all foreign countries orders, customers are responsible for all custom-related charges including, but not limited to, duty, custom fees, import taxes and brokerage fees. A separate invoice listing all custom-related charges would be sent by the carrier to the recipient’s address. It’s entirely our customers’ responsibility to pay such invoice in full and on time. In the events that Fortune Cookie Delivery gets charged from the carrier for any of these charges due to customers’ delinquency, we would charge customers’ account the full balance due plus additional 10% administration fee or $5.00 USD minimum. Customers would be notified via email or phone of such an instance.

  • Incorrect address or changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge per package.
  • The common carrier we use (i.e. Federal Express) is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO's. Your order can be delayed or cannot be processed if no physical address is provided.
  • Chocolate dipped fortune cookies are not available in the summer time due to the warm weather.
  • Our normal turnaround time for custom made, chocolate dipped and color fortune cookies is 5 to 7 business days (for production) plus shipping time.  Please allow up to 15 business days after you place your order for delivery of your package.
  • Expedited delivery is available and rush production charges may apply.


At Fortune Cookie Delivery, every order is custom made and unique to every customer. We accept no return but we can replace any damage fortune cookies deliver to you with equal or less of your original order including shipping method.

For Example:  If your original order shipping method is Fedex Ground, we will replace your order with the same type of delivery.  Any upgrade to shipping will be extra.

All claims must be reported to us within 48 hours upon receipt of the goods. Since time is of the essence, claims will not be honored after this period!

Graphic Production:

For logos or graphics, please forward us the original PhotoShop file, if at all possible, to achieve the highest picture quality. If original PhotoShop file is not available, please consult with our customer rep to determine what would be the best next alternatives. Graphic set up fee is $25 per graphic. Once customer initiates the graphic work, the associated fee will be charged no matter the customer decides to proceed the order or not consequently.

Payment Option:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and money orders for payment of your purchases. Customers who wish to mail a check should email us or call us first for an order total. Orders in our system waiting for checks run a risk of backorder as we do not start production without the security of payment. Check and money order payments must clear before goods are shipped!
Cancel Order:

An order is only cancelable if its production process hasn't started.  Production of any order generally starts two to three weeks prior to the Preferred Delivery Date you had given us during the ordering process. Should you've indicated no Preferred Delivery Date, please consider your order non-cancelable as we generally proceed to production immediately after your order is taken. All canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee provided that cancellation is made in time prior to our production starts.

Damage or Missing Goods:

At Fortune Cookie Delivery, we employ heavy-duty boxes to minimize the chance of shipping damage.  To ensure adequacy, we always added extra fortune cookies to every order. In the event of reporting damages and discrepancies, please email or call us within 48 hours upon receipt of goods. Since time is of the essence, claims will not be honored after this period.
